I don’t like the way the staff handled my case, staff could have been more professional about disclosing personal information which is a violation of HIPAA.

Feels like I’m walking to an old morgue

Confusing floorplan when trying to exit, limited communication between staff in general, which allowed us to be forgotten for 40 minutes. Staff was nice and other than the few negatives, it was a pretty good experience. If it wasn't for the extra 40 minutes...it would have been 4/5 stars if the exits are clearly laid out and the doctor was notified immediately after treatment that was delivered. We would not hesitate to return.

The staff is very helpful and thorough. The automatic check-in is a little confusing the first few times you use it.
